TREATMENTS
Reflexoloy:
Reflexology is the belief that all your body parts - organs, glands, tissues, etc. - are connected through the reflexes in your hands and feet. By receiving this relaxing "massage" to either your hands or feet, you can relieve stress, reduce tension, increase circulation and help your body to become balanced.

Maternity Reflexoloy:
Pregnancy can be the cause of a unique set of problems that can be effectively improved through Reflexology. Edema, heart burn, constipation, sleep troubles, back aches, nausea, vomiting, and hemorrhoids are just a few of the discomforts that we can work through during your Maternity Reflexology session. Maternity Reflexology sessions are one hour. To achieve a healthy pregnancy, regular sessions are recommended but not mandatory.
Cost - $55 per treatment or as a package of 3 treatments for $150.
Indian Head Massage:
This amazingly relaxing treatment starts mid back and includes your shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears! Great for those in need of a restful night sleep, suffering from sinus issues or those who just love to have someone play with their hair!!
This is typically a half hour treatment but can be extended to 45 minutes or combined with a Hand Reflexology treatment for a full hour of total relaxation!
Cost - $40
Hot Stone Massage:
This full body massage uses Heated Lava Stones and is a sure hit for those in need of deep relaxation! It offers great relief to tense, aching muscles and is beneficial to individuals with circulation issues or suffering from back, arthritis or other types of chronic pain.

Packages:
Healthy Labour:
After 9 long months of pregnancy, most women would pay millions to have someone rub their feet for even 5 minutes!! This package is for those women! Treatments can start in week 38 with the goal of preparing your body for a healthy labour by balancing the hormones and improving sleep.
Total Cost for 3 treatments - $150, additional treatments $40 each
(Treatments can be done in the comfort of your own home at a minimal additional charge to be determined at time of booking)

Welcome to Motherhood:
After delivery, return with your newborn (birth to mobility) and receive a Reflexology treatment for yourself and learn some basic techniques you can use to relieve common infant concerns such as: colic, constipation, sleep (or lack of!!) and teething. Take home notes are included to help you during those troubling times.

All about the Hands:
Take your hands to a new level of softness and relaxation! Begin with a soak in a warm, soothing hand bath, next exfoliate away the dead skin cells. And then the best part starts with a Hand Reflexology Treatment. Follow with a Paraffin dip and lotion application. Your hands will never be this soft, or relaxed, again!

Spa Reflexology:
Add some pampering to your regular Reflexology Treatment by completing it with a soothing soak in a massaging foot bath, a cleansing exfoliation and application of foot lotion.

Prepare to walk away on clouds!! You are going to be fully relaxed and pampered!! Your treatment starts with a Hot Stone Indian Head Massage, followed by a Spa Reflexology treatment which includes a Foot Reflexology treatment, Foot Soak, Exfoliation and Lotion application. This experience will calm your mind, body and spirit!

Serious Sinus Relief:
If you suffer from sinus pain or pressure, whether seasonally from allergies or just occasionally from a cold, you know that relief is hard to come by. Call Soul Treatments to finally be pain free!! This treatment includes cold and sinus aromatherapy from Aromatic Health (can be purchased to continue the benefits at home!!) and starts with an Indian Head Massage, a treatment known for it's ability to improve sinus pressure. Combine this with a Hot and Cold Stone treatment to encourage sinus drainage. Continue to relax while the stones take their effect by receiving a Reflexology treatment targeted to the sinus region. Talk about serious sinus relief!!
