A Reflexologist treats the whole body but only touches the feet. This type of treatment works to return the body to a natural state of rest and balance. A Reflexologist does not diagnose, treat or prescribe medical conditions or treatments.

How often should you receive a Reflexology Treatment?
A follow up visit within two weeks of your first treatment is recommended so that you and your therapist can design a Well-Being Plan that suits your individual needs. This could mean bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly visits. You and your body will make the choice.
