This program is a FUN and INFORMATIVE way for parents and people working with young children to learn hands on, NATURAL Reflexology techniques that can alleviate troubling infant concerns. Babies (birth to mobility) are welcome so parents are able to practice the techniques on their child under the guidance of the instructor. Some of the concerns covered include: colic, constipation, sleep (or lack of!!), sinus congestion and teething.

Labour Doula Class
This 2 day program will provide participants with skills to begin a new and exciting career as a Professional Childbirth Support Specialist (also known as a Doula). A Doula is defined as a woman experienced in childbirth who provides advise, information, emotional support and physical comfort to a mother before, during and in the postpartum period of childbirth. A Doula does not replace a partner, mid-wife or doctor!! Rather she is valuable addition to the maternity team, ensuring the woman and her partner have the birth experience they desire.
Cost $450 (additional requirements and costs are necessary to receive full certification. Please inquire at time of booking)
